What We Sell: We sell the popular parts for the brands of gas grills listed on our website.  All the parts we sell are shown or listed on our website. We have no other parts to add to orders and no other parts available for sale. We offer shopping cart ordering - either by model number, by part number, or by descriptive, illustrated list of parts. For grill brands we don't sell, we provide contact information.  We do not sell whole grills.

How To Order: All orders are placed through our website: bbqparts.com.  Please use our online brand shopping carts for efficient order processing.  We do not accept orders by phone, fax, or mail.  We do not offer phone or fax service.

How To Pay: Orders can be charged to Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.  Sorry, we do not accept American Express, money orders, or checks.  We do not provide COD shipments, nor do we accept orders by mail. If you mail an order, the mail will be returned to you.

Where We Ship: We only ship to 48 of the United States, the states sometimes referred to as the "lower 48." We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or any U.S. possessions. We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. We do not offer any international shipping. We do not ship overseas. We do not ship to Canada or Mexico.

How We Ship:  We ship orders from our in-stock inventory within 4 business days of receipt of order via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service from St. Petersburg, Florida.  Low UPS shipping charges -- from $4.95 to a maximum of $6.95 --depending on state of destination. We do not offer any expedited shipping, no second day air or no next day air. We do not ship via U.S. Mail.
